About a year ago I was searching new music on myspace .I seen Emzy Collins unsigned singer/songwriter from Detroit ,Michigan and clicked on his profile.I began listening to his music and was amazed by the sounds I was hearing. Then I began to listen closely to the lyrics.In those lyrics I heard words of love ,loss,change .I felt happiness,sadness and hope.The more I listened the more I understood about the musician creating the music.I was caught up in the intricate melodies dreamy sounds of the piano and guitar.
I have never heard anyone like him out there in the music industry.Emzy Collins has his own style that stands apart from the rest of the solo artists out there in the music scene today.I think one has to have an open mind a creative side to them to get his music and appreciate the true artist that he is.You must step inside his world and hear what his heart says ,feel what his words mean and apply it to your own life.
